“What I have most appreciated about Sitav’s remarkable performance over the past year has been her consistent, outstanding execution and delivery of high volumes of excellent work product. Sitav is extremely organized and proactive in maintaining our website, marketing materials, and content. As one of many examples of her talent, by mid-January this year she had already created and scheduled well-designed weekly social media posts through the end of 2025.

I have rarely encountered in 25 years of working, someone who is so capable of planning ahead proactively and staying on top of deadlines. It feels like magic, to be able to just hand Sitav the contact information and key outline of details for an upcoming conference and ask her to handle the dozens of complicated tasks involved in delivering our company presence effectively at that conference. Through repeated demonstrations of Sitav’s organizational reliability, I have come to deeply trust that Sitav will not miss a single detail about what we need to do in attending events. I know she will do her utmost to maximize the ROI on our conference presence, making sure we take advantage of every perk and benefit available in our chosen sponsor package.

On the content side of Sitav’s multifacted job, Sitav is agile and responsive to the demanding needs of the team. She creates great content then gently, persistently makes sure that key stakeholders review it for technical accuracy and optimized editorial style. Sitav graciously accepts feedback and guidance received from her colleagues, while still challenging respectfully when she believes she has the best take on ideas for a creative endeavor. She is so easy to work with in this innovative flow and ideation phase, that anything she collaborates on emerges having been made better via the incorporation of all best ideas shared in the discussion.

She immediately implements any “hey please update/correct this in the document” feedback and interacts with positivity with all who have an ask. She is eager to get it right and cultivates relationships of trust throughout the company. On a recent project we created as a team, with Sitav leading the charge, we went through many versions of what we could create before we landed on the message we collectively decided was best. Sitav never once complained about adjusting the size or word choices on any of the work product, even hours into the final day of discussion.

Sitav is no drama. She is unflappable. Tough deadlines? She digs in and gets it done with a smile while being kind, patient, and flexible to everyone else involved in delivering the outcome. She is consistently a joy to work with and appreciated by the entire rest of the team both for her results and the way she chooses to interact calmly and positively with others in achieving so many great results so quickly.

Speaking of which, Sitav has delivered measurable positive results far beyond my expectations. As one of many examples, it is an incredible milestone to have achieved a LinkedIn follower count on our page that is over 4,000 followers – a doubling of our follower count from when Sitav started in January 2024. By any measure, Sitav’s list of accomplishments is substantive, impressive, meaningful, and exactly what our company needs in a high performing Marketing & Content professional. She brings deep experience with successful brand and digital marketing to our company and elevates our online engagement with potential customers as a result.

Sitav has delivered so many improvements to our marketing messages, our online presence, our insight into how our audience engages with us on the web, and our brand look at conferences that it would require pages and pages of documentation to list them all, though we try to do so in the supplemental document to this.

Other examples of Sitav’s excellence that come to mind include her work on our Press release project which – pretty much for free thanks to an online PR tool “trial phase” deal Sitav found online - earned us tens of thousands of impressions of that content globally. Sitav’s more recent work on the expansion site launch press release earned us millions of views and the unexpected bonus free TV and radio coverage. To help me prepare for that live interview by a TV/radio journalist, Sitav offered timely and wise advice that enabled me to stay on message and present the content effectively. Sitav’s work in the past month – on a highly accelerated timeline of only about 4 weeks notice – was also outstanding as she worked long hours to put together all of the items needed for a strong event presence at the EACR conference in Portugal.

In short, Sitav has done outstanding work over the past 12 months. She deserves recognition for the results, the quality, and the attitude with which she approaches all of her work. She has very much exceeded my expectations for what can even be accomplished in such a short amount of time.”
