For the past eight years, I’ve led marketing and content functions as a one-person powerhouse, owning strategy, execution, and results from the ground up. In my two most recent roles, I serve(d) as the sole marketing and content lead, seamlessly running entire marketing departments independently while delivering measurable, business-driving outcomes. From research and ideation, to writing, design, scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization, every piece of work you’ll see from those 2 positions was built and executed by me, end to end.
At my current company, I doubled social media followers and increased engagement by over 100% in my first year, while also researching, writing, designing, publishing, and cross-promoting long-form, highly technical thought leadership content across channels. I don’t just create content, I build systems that set my company up for future success.
In my previous role, my email, event, and content-driven marketing efforts were directly responsible for year-over-year revenue growth for eight consecutive years (excluding the COVID period), at a time when there was no dedicated sales team. Just me.
Before stepping into full ownership roles, I honed my foundation by collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at fast-growing, event-based startups, working directly under and alongside their CEOs. In these environments, I led trend research, social listening, blog and article development, and social media planning, helping shape brand voices and grow audiences from the ground up.
